6 Nights/7 Days

Can you imagine how the Pharaohs of Ancient Egypt would react if they saw the world today?

Frankly, they probably wouldn’t be all that impressed. Considering that they are the ones who gave it some of its most incredible wonders.

What they might enjoy seeing, however, is one of today’s most popular musical artists give an encore-worthy performance at one of their greatest creations: the Pyramids of Giza, that is.

And this is what travelers have a chance to do with this one-of-a-kind Egypt by Travelive adventure, which perfectly captures why this timeless destination continues to draw crowds across civilizations.

Day 1 — Welcome to Cairo

Few destinations offer the kind of welcome that Egypt does. We are, after all, talking about a destination whose very own capital is home to one of the Seven Wonders of the ancient world!

Upon descending into Cairo International Airport, and maybe even catching a glimpse of the Pyramids while doing so, enjoy a private transfer to your hotel in the heart of the city. Then, once settled, take some time to unwind with a romantic stroll along the Nile promenade, where city lights shimmer across the water, as Cairo’s energy sets the stage for what’s to come.

Day 2 — Egypt Takes the Stage

It’s showtime. Get your ticket(s) ready, because tonight you get to see Shakira perform at one of the world’s most extraordinary live music venues. Something even the Pharaohs would probably envy.

Until then, enjoy a relaxed day at leisure in Cairo. Sleep in, explore at your own pace, or linger over a leisurely lunch before returning to your hotel to prepare for the evening ahead. Then, as the sun begins to set, make your way to the Pyramids of Giza to witness Shakira on her Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran World Tour, where the singer’s greatest hits shall accompany 4,500 years of Egypt’s own.

Important Concert Information

  • Concert Date: November 28, 2026
  • Estimated Start Time: The concert is scheduled to begin at approximately 8:00 PM.
  • Ticket Availability: Tickets are subject to approval by the event organizer and can only be guaranteed once such approval has been received.

Day 3 — An Egypt that Deserves an Encore

After yesterday’s more contemporary spectacle, you’re now invited to see the Egypt that’s been putting on a show for thousands of years.

Begin with a private tour of the Grand Egyptian Museum, where the complete treasures of Tutankhamun and thousands of ancient artifacts bring the country’s extraordinary past vividly to life. In the afternoon, continue to the Giza Plateau to stand before the Great Pyramid and try to have a chat with the enigmatic Sphinx, who may still be recovering from the big night.

With your Egyptologist guiding the way, witness Egypt do what it does best: make your jaw drop in wonder.

The Grand Egyptian Museum

The Grand Egyptian Museum (or GEM) is more than just a museum, it’s a spectacular journey through ancient Egypt. Set beside the Pyramids of Giza, it is home to more than 100,000 artifacts spanning Egypt’s history, including the world’s largest collection of ancient Egyptian antiquities. Its crown jewel is the Tutankhamun Galleries, bringing together more than 5,000 objects from the young pharaoh’s tomb.

Day 4 — Into the White Desert

Ask yourself: what self-respecting Egypt explorer doesn’t venture out across one of its deserts in search of more wonder?

And that is what you shall do today as you set out on a private 4×4 toward Egypt’s desert frontier. Pretty soon, you’ll discover your first oasis at El Heiz Oasis, where emerald palm groves and natural springs offer a peaceful pause. All before things get a bit more monochrome with a ride through the Black Desert and past the glittering Crystal Mountain en route to the surreal White Desert.

Arrive at Shahrazad Camp before sunset and settle into your private tent, ending the day with a candlelit dinner beneath a sea of stars.

A World in Black & White

Egypt’s Western Desert can feel almost otherworldly. The Black Desert gets its name from the dark volcanic hills scattered across its golden landscape, while the White Desert is known for brilliant chalk formations sculpted by wind and time. Between them, Crystal Mountain glitters with quartz beneath the desert sun. And together, they form one of Egypt’s most surreal natural landscapes.

Day 5 — Sculptures of Wind and Time

Ancient Egyptians could sure build some pretty impressive things. But Mother Nature is no slouch either, especially when it comes to sculpting Egypt’s desert landscapes.

Wake to the golden light of dawn over the White Desert, where surreal chalk formations seem to glow against the endless sky. After breakfast, explore this otherworldly terrain with your guide, strolling or driving among wind-carved shapes that look almost too strange to be natural. Pause for a romantic picnic surrounded by white stone plains, then spend the afternoon wandering quiet canyons before returning to camp for tea at sunset and a fireside dinner in the serene silence of the desert.

Day 6 — Discovering the Bahariya Oasis

Making your way through Egypt’s deserts, encountering a few oases is par for the course. And you can’t find a better one than Bahariya.

Leave the White Desert behind and travel toward Bahariya Oasis, where swaying palms, warm springs, and sprawling date groves create a lush contrast to the sands beyond. Once there, explore the Valley of the Golden Mummies, home to hundreds of Greco-Roman tombs, before continuing to the vibrantly painted Bennutti Tombs and the hilltop ruins of Qasr Selim.

Then, find your way back to Cairo watching the landscape transform from golden dunes into the bustle of city life. Arrive by afternoon and enjoy the evening at leisure, perhaps with a rooftop dinner or a twilight stroll along the Nile.

Optional Add-On

An Unde-Nile-ble Finale

For a truly memorable final evening, why not opt for a Nile dinner cruise, where authentic Egyptian cuisine, traditional music, and enchanting riverside views bring your Egyptian adventure to a fitting close.

Day 7 — Departure

Now, doesn’t that deserve an encore? Shakira too.

Following seven nights of ancient wonders, desert adventures, star-filled skies, and a little modern magic at the Pyramids, bid farewell to Egypt as your private transfer whisks you off to Cairo International Airport, taking one last look at a land that always leaves audiences in awe. And will for years to come.
