Day 1 Fiumicino Airport to Rome
Welcome to Italy! Once you arrive at Fiumicino Airport, you will meet with your experienced driver and enjoy a relaxing and scenic drive to Rome.
Day 2 Eco-friendly Food Tour of Rome

Day 3 Roman Forum and Colosseum Walking Tour
Enjoy an in-depth visit to the Roman Forum and Colosseum. The Roman Forum is a rectangular space, surrounded by the ruins of several important ancient government buildings at the center of Rome. The Colosseum needs no introductions: one of the most emblematic structures of Italy, it is the largest ancient amphitheater ever built and still the largest standing amphitheater in the world today.
Day 4 Ancient Appian Way and Aqueducts Park with Bike
Pedaling on the Ancient Appian Way, a 2.300-year-old cobblestone Roman road while going past an ancient sepulcher, a Roman statue, the ruins of a circus, and an imperial palace. Leaving the Ancient Appian Way heading towards the ancient Roman aqueducts that rise over the fields into the horizon and following them on their way to Rome. Going through the Caffarella Park, a preserved strip of land of the Roman countryside that impressed famous 19th-century travelers such as Byron, Goethe, and Stendhal. Continue your journey to Florence.
Day 5 Walking Tour of Florence with Academy Museum

In today’s class, you will prepare two of these delectable first courses, each paired with a seasonal sauce. Day 7 Venice and Gondola Experience
Embark on a scenic drive toward the romantic city of Venice. While there, one of the “must-do” things is certainly a Gondola Tour. Feel part of an ancient tradition and experience the city as the noble Venetians did for over a thousand years. Explore the maze of canals from your gondola while the experienced gondolier steers the boat through the waterways of Venice. This unforgettable journey will surely become one of the highlights of your Italian adventure.
Day 8 Explore the City of Venice
Today’s enchanting panoramic tour will show you the very best of this unique city. Explore St. Marks Square and its main monuments and learn more about their fascinating history. Revel in the richness of St. Mark’s Basilica with its incredible marbles and mosaics, before continuing on to the Doge’s Palace, the center of power during the golden days of the Venetian Republic or Serenissima as the locals called it. Pass through the famous Bridge of Sighs or Ponte dei Sospiri, and reach the Prison’s Palace which is linked to the Doge’s Palace and housed one of the most ancient magistracies of the Venetian Republic “Notte al Criminal”. Day 10 Pedal your way through Alta Badia
Today’s bike route promises an enchanting journey through La Villa, San Cassiano, and Armentarola, offering stunning mountain vistas of the Conturines and La Varella. Reach the panoramic pinnacle of Piz de Störes for a breathtaking 360° panorama. Culminate your ride at Rifugio Pralongià, 2,109 meters high, with a splendid lunch. Day 13 Journey to Rovinj
Today’s transfer will take you to the beautiful Croatia and the charming Town of Rovinj. On your way there, you will have the opportunity to pause for a delicious lunch in the Udine and self-explore this historic city, where the Venetian past lingers in its architecture and art. Discover its thousand-year history, exploring squares, loggias, and stately buildings influenced by Venetian rule. Known as the “city of Tiepolo” for its Venetian baroque art, Udine’s historic center sprawls around hills crowned by a castle, offering breathtaking views of the city and the Alps.
Day 14 Croatian Cooking Experience

Day 16 The Scenic Beauty of Plitvice Lakes National Park
After meeting your driver you will begin your trip towards Split, with the most beautiful rest stop you will ever experience – Plitvice National Park. Located roughly 1/3 of the way to Rovinj, this stunning UNESCO World Heritage Site consists of 16 lakes, inter-connected by a series of waterfalls, and set in deep woodland populated by deer, bears, wolves, boars, and rare bird species. Set your own pace, stroll down to Veliki Slap (the largest waterfall in the park), and if you wish to have lunch in the area, the driver will be more than happy to recommend the best and most scenic restaurants before continuing to your hotel in Split.
Day 17 Food and History Walking Tour in Split
